Some of the techniques we use (and there benefits) include:
Goal setting - Effective goal setting is a key component of success and ensure that an Athlete is focussed on achieving a goal on both a conscious and unconscious level. Understanding how an Overall goal (e.g. win the 100m Olympic Gold medal) links to performance goals (e.g 9.68s) and process goals (e.g. 20 x 6.8s 60m runs per week; 8 reps of a 150kg squat; etc). Use of well formed outcomes.
State Management - Learn how to instantly get into a positive resourceful state so that you can perform to your best in challenging situations.
Overcoming set backs and challenges - Let us show you how to get over set backs and challenges and see the main learning points that you can use in the future.
Visualisation - Effectively prepare for competition by visualising your success for every possible scenario.
Communication - Learn how to effectively communicate with your athletes, team mates, coaches (and yourself) to increase personal and collective performance.
Motivation - Understand what motivates you and those around you so that you can use these insights to positively influence and get even better results.

Statistically, my percentage of pure shots has increased dramatically, but more importantly the bad ones are nowhere near as bad. I feel ready to challenge the golf course now rather than fear it.
