Some of the techniques we use (and there benefits) include:

Goal setting - Effective goal setting is a key component of success and ensure that an Athlete is focussed on achieving a goal on both a conscious and unconscious level. Understanding how an Overall goal (e.g. win the 100m Olympic Gold medal) links to performance goals (e.g 9.68s) and process goals (e.g. 20 x 6.8s 60m runs per week; 8 reps of a 150kg squat; etc). Use of well formed outcomes.

State Management - Learn how to instantly get into a positive resourceful state so that you can perform to your best in challenging situations.

Overcoming set backs and challenges - Let us show you how to get over set backs and challenges and see the main learning points that you can use in the future.

Visualisation - Effectively prepare for competition by visualising your success for every possible scenario.

Communication - Learn how to effectively communicate with your athletes, team mates, coaches (and yourself) to increase personal and collective performance.
